Sci-Fi Worlds: The Art of Pascal Blanché

Published Oct 9, 2024

Pascal Blanché is a Montreal-based art director and concept artist who has been working in the gaming industry for nearly three decades. Since starting his career in 1994, Pascal has been bringing a unique flair to his projects by combining his skills in 3D tools and computer-generated imagery with a nostalgic touch inspired by classic sci-fi.

His journey in the gaming world is marked by collaborations on a range of iconic titles, including Myst IV, Runescape, Far Cry New Dawn and most recently, Meet Your Maker. But in this article, we’re diving into his personal work and conceptual pieces.

His creations have a distinctive old-school feel, featuring surreal environments, intricate machinery, and characters that look like they’ve just stepped out of a futuristic cyberpunk saga.
